| A confirmation in writing will be sent, two weeks notice must be given prior to the date of play of any changes to numbers. The green fees will be charged at the rate applicable on the day of play and you will be expected to pay for the number of players. The form should be signed and returned by the date indicated and failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking. |
