Local Rules

 To be read in conjunction with the Rules of Golf
 OUT OF BOUNDS (Rule 27-1)
 Those areas beyond the inside line of white posts with black tops.
 STAKED OR GUARDED TREES
 If a shrub or tree which is protected by a tree guard or is staked, interferes with a player's stance or the area of his intended swing, the ball MUST be lifted without penalty and dropped in accordance with Rule 24-2b(i).
 IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS (Rule 24-2)
 STAKES
 Other than those defining Out of Bounds are immovable obstructions.
  - White with black tops "Out of Bounds".
  - Red "Lateral Water Hazards".
  - Yellow "Water Hazards".
  - White "Ground Under Repair".
 FIXED SPRINKLER HEADS
 All sprinkler heads are immovable obstructions and relief from interference by them may be obtained under Rule 24-2. In addition, if such an obstruction on or within two club lengths of the putting green of the hole being played interve
